On June 26, the major structures of the four long-rent apartments inside the main venue of the 2024 Chengdu International Horticultural Exhibition (hereinafter referred to as the “Expo”) were all capped and started to be decorated.

    Sitting in the north of the core area in the south of Jiangxi River, the buildings occupy a total of roughly 40,000 square meters. Adjacent to the main venue of the Expo, they are an important project of the event. The 4 terraced buildings are in perfect harmony with other structures in terms of style and shape.

    “The four long-rent apartment buildings are built specially for the Expo,” said a representative from the project owner.

    In addition to the four buildings, there is a stand-alone commercial structure in the area.

    During the Expo, 597 rooms and 189 parking spaces will be available for the staff of the venue operator, volunteers and the people involved in the property management.

    Currently, all the buildings are being fitted with exterior curtain walls and interior decoration.
