Amidst the roaring sounds of excavators and bulldozers, today marks the official commencement of construction for Yinchuan Exhibition Garden, making it the first exhibition garden to start construction for the 2024 Chengdu International Horticultural Exposition. This significant milestone signifies the entry of the International Horticultural Expo construction into a new phase.

    "Yinchuan Garden aims to complete its earthwork operations this week, with the internal pipeline construction of the exhibition garden to be finished by the end of July. By the end of August, foundational work for structures and roads will be completed. In December, the main structural decorations, landscaping, and planting of key plants will be finished. As the following year begins, visitors will be treated to the scenic beauty of blooming seasonal flowers," explained the enthusiastic staff. Additionally, other exhibition gardens are expected to commence construction between August and September.

   The design and construction of Yinchuan Pavilion will adhere to the principles of "respecting nature, harmonizing with the surrounding mountains, promoting cultural heritage, showcasing distinctive features, meeting visitors' demands, emphasizing sustainable practices, integrating urban and garden elements, and encouraging coordinated development." The pavilion will artfully incorporate elements of Yellow River culture, Helan Mountain culture, as well as captivating flower cultures like Malan and Roses.
