The theme event of Xi’an Week, with the slogan of “Ancient Capital City Worth Visits”, was held June 8-9 at the main exhibition hall and the Xi’an Garden at the International Horticultural Exhibition 2024 Chengdu (the Expo), where forest products, art performances and tourism promotions with distinctive characteristics of Xi’an were staged and attracted many visitors.

The event highlighted the cultural traditions, varied products and tourism resources, with attractions including Hanfu (traditional costumes for Han people in ancient times) show, flower arrangement, bonsai shows and so on.

The Xi’an Garden, occupying and area of 1, 500 square meters, is the only display section surrounded by ancient city walls at the Expo.
